UPS GROUND SHIPPING (USA)

Delivery can take up to 2-5 business days. Rate is based of delivery address

 

UPS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Delivery is up to 5-10 business days. Rate is based of delivery address. Must be at delivery location to accept your order. If not it will be available for pickup at your local UPS. Please make sure you call your local UPS or UPS CUSTOMER SERVICE  for pickup inquiry, questions and locations. 

 

Note the time in transit does not include the time that Customs takes to release the order.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order. During high season such as  holidays/ storms orders can experience delays to be processed.

 

DOMESTIC GROUND DELIVERY TIME-STANDARD

Time in transit depends on the shipping method selected. Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimated. Uniqueglow is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, include shortage of materials, transportation failures, or acts of nature

 

Refused Packages 

In case of refuse packages, the shipping and handling fee will be charge to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund 

Wrong Shipping Address/ Missing Information

Our order processing take up to 3-5 business days, please reach out before that time via email uniqueglowinfo@gmail.com to update your address. If your order was shipped out before you reach out you must call USPS to update your shipping address. If the order was out for delivery then change to Return To Sender due to wrong address or missing information you will have to pay for new shipping fee in order to receive your new tracking number. We will reach out to you for updates about this process and if you pay the new shipping inquire within 3 days it will ship out. If not and the inquire expired you will receive full store credit.
